Shipping Policy
We ship all parcels using NZ Post or Aramex. Shipping will be free on all orders over $250. In some cases, we may upgrade your order to courier or signature delivery at our discretion. This may occur when:

the value of the parcel requires additional protection, or
-
courier service is the only suitable option (e.g., larger inter-island shipments).
We always aim to select the safest and most reliable delivery method for your order.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

North Island: 2–4 working days

South Island: 3–5 working days

Rural delivery: May take an additional 1–3 working days
During busy periods (holiday seasons, major releases, or promotions), dispatch and delivery may take longer.
Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your parcel's progress on the NZ Post or Aramex tracking website.
If your tracking information does not update within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the relevant courier company.
Click & Collect
Free in-store pickup is available at Artemis Games during our normal opening hours.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
